MY MOMENTARY STATE OF MIND

Here is a picture taken from the film "METROPOLIS" (by Fritz Lang) which depicts very clearly my momentary state of mind ... some days after my birthday...

I should like to delay, to stop the course of time. That doesn't mean that I want to turn back the clock, heaven forbid! No, only to decelerate, to control the speed, for I think I have to accomplish yet a lot of new paintings, for example, but the time is hastening mercilessly ...

Time and tide wait for no man ... Alas! Tough luck! Worse luck!

I should like to believe in reincarnation ...

Hmm, I don't know if I'd want to be reincarnated. Maybe one time around is enough for me. I think I have already done more than enough living for one woman :)
So Castor, in case this is not a dress rehearsal, don't let it pass you by!!! Grab at every opportunity like I do ;)

It's curious. Sometimes we'd like to stop time, or decelerate it, or accelerate it.
Never mind, Castor: Carpe diem.

such a nice picture ;)

Time, why do we all worry so much about a untangible thing..or is it tangable, if you could hold it in your hand would u keep it or give it to someone else..

Remember we all have a clock to life, and some poeples clock will run out before ours, we need to take the time we have and cherish every moment. who knows when the alarm will go off. and there is no snooze button to life..

I like your insinuation in regard to a dress rehearsal :-) but without being schizophrenic I can say that two souls are housed within my brest ... there is a man, called Castor and there is an artist with the same name and mostly the artist's claim is stronger and takes it's toll... and that's my special problem ... particularly at the moment
Thank you for your sympathies, sisters!!!

Love,
Castor

Thank you for your understanding!
You must know, I have a bun in the oven since a fairly long time, that means I am pregnant with an idea and I cannot deliver it, give birth to it ... I hope I can deliver "my baby" this night ...

Love,
Castor

You are right, my young philosopher!

Why do I moan about an intangible thing like time?Actually I hold the same view like you, Elmo, but at the moment I am at odds with myself, for the artist Castor wants to deliver his "new baby" and in doing so he is acting like a chicken which wants to lay an egg and doesn't succeed ... and cackles and clucks and gaggels... ;-)

Love,
Castor

All i can say castor is..

"it comes with time...just let yourself relax and not ponder of things out of your control, like time"

Chronology is meant to make us fear and work faster like little ants..

is that even a word?---chronology..

IM so lame

Yes, you are right, Alex, memorizing the particular snatches of our experiences we can hold back the hands of time in a certain way as your "collection" of the cute boys is showing :-)
